Al Safi Bank, together with the Administration of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), successfully held negotiations with the leadership of one of Qatar and the Middle East's leading financial institutions, Masraf Al Rayan. The visit of the delegation took place as part of strengthening bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State of Qatar.

The Masraf Al Rayan delegation included Tahir Hayat Pirzada, Managing Director of Treasury and Financial Institutions, and Akber Khan, Acting CEO of Al Rayan Investment. During the meeting, both parties discussed key areas of potential collaboration, including treasury operations, asset management, and the issuance of Islamic securities.

Representatives from both sides expressed confidence in further fruitful cooperation and emphasized the importance of strengthening financial ties between Kazakhstan and Qatar. The meeting was conducted in a positive and constructive atmosphere, reaffirming the mutual commitment to developing a long-term partnership.
